Do you use glue in your wreaths?
We shape and secure each element with wire whenever possible, allowing for a strong, natural design that lasts. Glue is used only when absolutely necessary, to ensure delicate accents remain safely in place.

We believe in creating pieces designed to last, reducing waste over time. While we use high-quality artificial flowers and foliage to achieve lasting beauty, each wreath is crafted on a natural base, offering an authentic foundation and a closer connection to nature.

Do you offer seasonal collections?
At present, we offer our signature summer collection, inspired by sunlit gardens and Mediterranean warmth. As the seasons unfold, we look forward to introducing new collections that capture the spirit of autumn, winter, and spring. Each piece is designed to bring poetry and beauty into your home, no matter the time of year.

Can I customize a wreath?
At this time, we do not offer custom designs. However, beginning in winter 2026, we plan to introduce a collection of customizable and rentable wreaths for weddings, baby showers, and other special celebrations.

How do I care for my wreath?
Gently dust your wreath with a soft cloth or a cool, gentle blow from a hairdryer. Avoid heavy rain and prolonged direct sunlight. When displayed outdoors, choose a sheltered spot to protect its colors and details.

How should I store my wreath?
When not in use, store your wreath in a cool, dry place, ideally in a box to protect it from dust and crushing. Avoid placing heavy objects on top to help maintain its shape.

What are your shipping times?
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times vary by location; please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details. During busy holiday periods, shipping may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience.

Do you ship internationally?
At present, we ship within the European Union.

What is your return policy?
We truly hope your wreath brings joy and poetry to your space. However, if for any reason it isn’t quite what you envisioned, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your wreath must be unused, with the "Sealed by JE" sticker intact, and in its original packaging — just as you received it.

To initiate a return, simply email us at info@jardinenchante.nl. We will provide all the details and guide you through each step personally. Please note, items returned without prior request cannot be accepted.

What if my wreath arrives damaged?
If your wreath is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos. We will make it right as swiftly as possible.

Yes. We recommend displaying it in a covered or protected area, away from direct rain and strong sunlight. This will help preserve its color and delicate details for as long as possible.

How can I hang my wreath?
Each wreath is lightweight and can be easily hung using a sturdy hook, ribbon, or wreath hanger. We suggest choosing a method that complements your door or wall while supporting the natural shape of your wreath.

Can I send a wreath as a gift?

Each wreath is carefully placed in a sturdy branded box to protect it during transit. We take great care to ensure it arrives beautifully presented and ready to delight.
