Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with the "Sealed by JE" sticker intact, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at info@jardinenchante.nl. We will then provide you with detailed instructions and the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Netherlands: We offer a convenient prepaid return option via Antwoordnummer. A fixed return shipping fee of €6.95 will be deducted from your refund.
Belgium and other European countries: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering their own return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable, trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery back to us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Provide clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made products (such as special orders for weddings or baby showers)
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (following the above conditions) and make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As above, your item must be unused, with the "Sealed by JE" sticker intact, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
