Processing Times

We carefully prepare each wreath to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via PostNL.

Standard shipping is included for deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium.

For other European countries, additional shipping costs apply and are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Rest of Europe: 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or seasonal peaks.

Tracking

All packages include tracking, and you will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

Your wreath is securely packaged in a protective carton box to preserve its shape and quality. We strive to use packaging that reflects our high-end branding and care.

Customs & Duties

For EU shipments, no additional customs fees or import duties are expected. If you are outside the EU, customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Issues

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately at info@jardinenchante.nl, including photos of the outer packaging and the product. We will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. Jardin Enchanté is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and the security sticker ("Sealed by JE") is intact. Please see our full Return Policy for details.
