Processing Times

We carefully prepare each wreath to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship all orders via PostNL.

Netherlands & Belgium: Complimentary standard shipping is included.
Rest of the EU: A flat shipping fee of €15 applies and is calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Rest of Europe: 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Please note these are estimated timeframes. During busy periods or due to local postal services, deliveries may take a little longer.
If we anticipate any delays, we will notify you promptly by email. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Tracking

All packages include tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your wreath is on its way, so you can follow its journey home.

Customs & Duties

Orders within the EU do not incur additional customs fees or import duties.

Delivery Issues

Should your package arrive visibly damaged, we kindly ask that you contact us at info@jardinenchante.nl within 48 hours, including clear photos of both the packaging and the wreath itself. We will work swiftly to resolve any issues and ensure your experience remains delightful.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

We truly hope your wreath brings joy and poetry to your space. However, if for any reason it isn’t quite what you envisioned, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your wreath must be unused, with the "Sealed by JE" sticker intact, and in its original packaging — just as you received it.

To initiate a return, simply email us at info@jardinenchante.nl. We will provide all the details and guide you through each step personally. Please note, items returned without prior request cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Netherlands: We offer a convenient prepaid return option via Antwoordnummer. A fixed fee of €6.95 will be deducted from your refund.

Belgium & other EU countries: Customers are kindly asked to arrange and cover return shipping costs. We recommend choosing a reliable, trackable service to ensure safe arrival.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your wreath is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the posting.

Damages & Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your wreath upon delivery. If it arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours, including clear photos. We will make every effort to resolve the matter swiftly and ensure your experience remains as enchanting as intended.
